A bronze bust on a cube-shaped pedestal made from marble from Porriño. It is a depiction of Rosalía de Castro, a famous Galician writer and poet.

Rosalía has her sights set in the direction of Padrón, the town where she lived and died.

The sculpture was a gift from the Government of Galicia to the Mollet-based organisation Irmandae A Nosa Galiza. In turn, Padrón is home to the Rua de Mollet del Vallès.
