Monument in the form of a large corten steel rose, a symbol of purity, life, rebirth and peace, erected in memory of Neus Català and all the women who, like her, experienced the horror of Ravensbrück, a large Nazi concentration and extermination camp exclusively for women.

The monument was proposed by the people of Mollet and was met with unanimous approval in the plenary.

Affixed to the base of the sculpture is a stainless steel plaque that reads: “In memory of Neus Català, survivor of the Ravensbrück concentration camp. A tribute to all the women who stood as a symbol of strength and courage and who fascism and Nazism tried to silence.”
