A 16th-century Renaissance farmhouse. The façade is decorated with sgraffito and a Noucentista window by Josep Goday.
In the 19th century, it became an inn and guesthouse for travellers and stagecoaches on the road from Barcelona to Vic. In the early 20th century, the owner, Miquel Bosch de Calderó, refurbished it and named it Marinette, in honour of his wife, Maria Damm. It served as a place for gatherings and celebrations until 1960.
The Municipal Council purchased it in 1984, renovated it and turned it into a cultural centre, with several exhibition spaces, and a venue for community activities.
