22 January is the feast day of Saint Vincent, the patron saint of Mollet since 1044, the year from which the first documented mention of Mollet’s Sant Vicenç Church dates.

Each year, around this time, the Winter Fair is held with a vibrant line-up of festive and recreational activities, including the Sant Vicenç Photography Contest, the Sant Vicenç-Jordi Solé Tura Memorial Fun Run, the presentation of the magazine Notes, published by the Centre for Mollet Studies (CEM), and the Radio Celebration. A highly traditional event, the fair also features giants, human castle performances, a show by Esbart Dansaire and an honorary mass.
