Mollet’s Town Fair takes place the Sunday after the Feast of the Assumption (15 August). The dates may range anywhere between 16 and 22 August.

In addition to the numerous traditional activities held to celebrate the city’s most important festivity, since 1994, the Mollet Town Fair also includes a competition between two rival groups: the Morats and Torrats.

The teams vie for points and the victory in a series of events, such as the lantern dance, a blood drive, piglet-catching, an underwear race, a children’s fun run, an eating competition, car and truck pulling, an innovation contest and the wake-up call.
