A four-metre-high sculpture of a water woman, a mythical being who lives in places where there is water and brings well-being to living things around them.

Water gushes forth in the form of rain from various parts of the monument, making it a place where children can cool off during the summer months.

The Water Woman pays tribute and draws attention to an art-based employment project developed and managed by the Municipal Institute for Services for People with Disabilities (IMSD), which sells handmade figures of water women as gifts.
