This building, which dates to 1913, is one of Mollet’s protected buildings. It is located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares and consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic.

The sinuous outline of the trim around the doors and windows is highly characteristic of the era’s Modernist fashion.

The façade is decorated with damask sgraffito, green on a red background, which combines geometric elements and plant motifs. The building remains in good condition and today houses the bridal boutique Odet Saüc.
