Mollets are fish-shaped biscuits inspired in the city’s coat of arms. An exquisite confectionery product, they were created as part of a joint initiative between Mollet’s bakeries and the Municipal Council.

During the Mollet International Puppet Festival, this popular product is produced in large amounts at the El Bosc Occupational Centre and sold at the Festival’s information desk. They are usually available at the Prat Bakery, which also bakes the award-winning sugar and pine nut coca bread, named Best Coca in Catalonia in 2016.
