This group of sculptures is composed of two monoliths made from carbon steel plates. The smaller sculpture bears a poem that Miquel Martí i Pol wrote for Mollet, etched into the steel with a laser.
The time I count
you fill with life
and dignify it so
as only you know how
for your benefit and that of others.
The larger monolith contains a counter that keeps tracks of the seconds, minutes, in short, time... inspired by the poem.
The day it was unveiled, 15 May 1999, the poet himself, Miquel Martí i Pol, set the counter to zero.
